Finally i did a speedtest with and without running ventrilo to find out my upload speed fluctuates I looked at ventrilo forums and other people are having some problem I've called teksavvy. Anyone else have any troubles like this and have other fixes?
Hälsa och Vård download rate is fine Does it do it all the time or only in the evening? I had problems with using Ventrilo during the period when Bell throttles. If myself or my roommate did anything that triggered the throttle then it appeared that Ventrilo traffic would get caught by the throttling boxes as well.
I would end up with latencies in the 10s of seconds. This was despite proper QoS setup on my end to manage upstream usage. So check to see if the problem persists during the day or if it is only during the evening. I can idle in vent and listen to everyone else just find.

I am also experiencing a similar situation My room mate uses a lot of Ventrillo and has been complaining of lag, but I told him nothing has changed on our end - QoS is still set up the same, etc etc I ignored it for a day or 2, I didn't personally have any issues.
Yesterday I tried uploading to youtube - Error's out immediately every single time. Any attempt to upload fails, even speed tests fail at the initialization of the upload portion half the time. EDIT: While nobody else is using the line, just tested current speeds:.
